Project Management

SPL’s Project Management team is here to serve you.  As the liaison between you and the laboratory staff, our professional Project Managers will work directly with you throughout the course of your project.

The Project Managers ensure that all reports, documentation, invoices, and communications are handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of your individual projects.  They personally review the chain of custodies for accuracy, review the final report, write case narratives, and keep you advised of the project status.  Of special interest is their adherence to sample turnaround schedules, providing coolers and preservatives as needed, and scheduling analytical processing.
