Fabrication

SPL has assembled a highly skilled team of individuals and state of the art manufacturing equipment and processes for the purpose of manufacturing meter tubes (any primary meter device type, liquid or gas), skids (measurement-gas & liquids, analytical and small separation projects).  We offer our standard designs or can build to meet your specific requirements.

Our 35,000 square foot facility hosts stocked meter fittings, meter runs, basic SPL designed skids, and parts.  We are equipped for rebuilding of fittings and tubes of any diameter and we also perform systems integration and specialty engineering.

Assemblies:

At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dallas, we custom-design meter skids in compliance with our strict QA/QC guidelines.  We offer complete meter skid packages, meter runs, skids, buildings, etc.  Choose from our pre-designed packages or let us build according to your specifications.

Stocked Parts:

Our Dallas facility hosts a large inventory of parts often required for measurement purposes.  Our large purchase economics ensures that you receive the best price possible.  Because we have a large selection of parts on hand, your delivery time will be minimal.

Service & Repairs:

SPL services all parts and assemblies that we sell.  Our expert technicians can repair your assemblies in-house or at our facility and we offer service contracts designed with you in mind.
