The Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA) EnGen program is a one-year, curriculum-based highly selective leadership development program tailored to emerging leaders in Colorado’s oil and gas industry. The objectives of this program are to empower through education, to engage with industry leaders, and to unite professionals from diverse facets of the industry.
