Mark Dixon is a founding partner at Oil Infrastructure, an advisory firm that structures independently-financed oil & gas infrastructure in the North Sea. Over the past 25 years he has been at the forefront of change in the sector with experience of all the main global production basins, for both operators and contractors. He is a business leader who has held a variety of executive, senior management and technical positions with significant P&L experience across large multinational corporate, entrepreneurial, SME and joint venture environments.

The OGTC is working with the operators, the supply chain and technology developers to provide solutions that will meet the industry needs and requirements that will unlock the undeveloped marginal fields in the UKCS.
Niki has 30 years’ experience in subsea engineering and is a specialist in production and flow assurance. She has held technical and management roles in a number of engineering companies prior to joining the OGTC in 2017, including Atkins, MSi Kenny and Aker Kvaerner.
