SPL, Inc. Appoints Dave Curtis as EVP of Corporate Strategy

Houston, TexasOctober 21, 2019SPL, Inc., the leader in hydrocarbon testing, inspection, and certification, announced today that Dave Curtis has joined the organization as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy. With more than 27 years of measurement and analytical experience, Mr. Curtis will lead the Company’s corporate strategy and ensure that they are aligned with customer demand for years to come.

Prior to joining SPL, Mr. Curtis served as the Measurement and Product Validation Manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Prior to this role, Dave owned and operated a consulting company, which provided critical engineering services to the industry. He is involved in multiple industry groups, such as the American Petroleum Institute and GPA Midstream, and has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal agencies. He holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University.
